intriguing.

ambassador of Greek Fashion who
this matter brings You more

am always conscious of my responsibilities as a designer. I think that when
working abroad we ought to be ambassadors of the culture of our country. I feel

Your
jewelries having the style of Art
Nouveu (a style that established in the between World War period having
influence from the Greek Ancient Times) the fact that in early 30’s was also an economical crisis serve also as
plus a message of Hope to nowadays
economical crisis that Greek will recover again and flourish ?
Mrs. Andria:
My jewelry collection is a gesture to unify two worlds..that of
classical Greece and of Art Nouveau into Art Deco. It's intend is to decorate the hair. It is a
subtle approach that beautifies the face without much cost. And it comes in
silver, and white yellow and pink gold finishes, offering a timeless sense of
luxury!

The style of Your headbands reminds the International
Legend of Drama World Scene the French Sarah Berhardt A Pure Image of Art
Nouveu . Also Berhardt was a true Lover of Ancient Greek Civilization its just
a coincident ?
Mrs. Andria : Perhaps. But I think that the main influences come from
my academic background. I remember being 'lost' in the endless world of the
archives in the library of the Arts Decoratifs de Louvre, when my diplomatic
thesis was on the Russian ballet legend Djagilew, with costume designs by
Berard, Picasso, Chanel, Baksk, Braque...It is only natural that they would
influence my creative work.

Rumors telling that Your nickname inside the fashion
world is “the Greek Coco Chanel” although Your own designing style is unique
with no resemblance of that of “Chanel’s”
. I predict that the reason is
who You care about the smallest detail. So my last question is what detail ,
what point in the creation of a dress indicates the true Haute Couture
according to Your own perspective?
Mrs. Andria Haute couture requires deep knowledge of
fabrics and their characteristics, and of the human body. Detail relates to the
harmony of the whole. And detail is present in all the vital parts of the
dress..
